– LATVIA, Olaine – Olainfarm AS Supervisory Council has appointed Mr. Olegs Grigorjevs as the new Board Member of the Company on February 24. By mutual agreement, Ms. Marjana Ivanova- Jevsejeva has resigned from position of Board Member of AS “Olainfarm”. Olegs Grigorjevs previously held a position of Director of Commercial Department of AS “Olainfarm”, having more than 20 years of experience in chemical and pharmaceutical sector. Mr. Grigorjevs joined Olainfarm in 2001. His previous career included sales units of SIA „Aroma” 1996 – 2000) and SIA „Grif” (2000 – 2001). Olegs Grigorjevs has a degree in Economics from Moscow Institute of communications and Informatics. Mr. Grigorjevs owns no shares of AS “Olainfarm”.
