– PAKISTAN, Islamabad – Oil and Gas Development Company Ltd (LON: OGDC) announced the appointment of Capt. (Ret.) Muhammad Mahmood to its Board of Directors effective on October 18th, replacing Ali Raza Bhutta, former Secretary Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division).
Muhammad Mahmood is the additional Secretary (Incharge) Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division).
