– PAKISTAN, Islamabad – Oil and Gas Development Company Ltd (LON:OGDC) today announced that consequent upon restructuring of its Board of Directors by the Government of Pakistan, Dr. Qamar Javaid Sharif has been nominated as Chairman/Director replacing Mr. Zahid Muzaffar, and Mr. Mohammad Younus Dagha, Mr. Tariq Ali Shah, Mr. Akbar Ayub Khan, Mr. Saeed Ahmed Qureshi, Ms. Sadia Khan, Mr. Nessar Ahmed and Mr. Saud S. Khawaja, as Directors against two vacant posts and in place of Mr. Athar Hussain Khan Sial, Mr. Hamid Farooq, Mr. Zafar Masud, Mr. Iskander Mohammed Khan and Major General Sohail Ahmad Khan (Retd) w.e.f. April 08, 2019.
