– UK, London – Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (LON: OIT) today announced the appointment of Linda Wilding to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 25 October 2023, to succeed Jane Tufnell as Board Chair with effect from 31 March 2024.
About Linda Wilding
Linda Wilding is currently a non-executive director of Balanced Commercial Property Trust Limited, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited, and Wesleyan Assurance Society and has held a number of non-executive director roles previously including on the boards of Electra Private Equity plc and UDG Healthcare plc. The majority of Linda’s executive career was spent within the private equity division at Mercury Asset Management plc. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a PhD in Biochemistry.
