– USA, TX – Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) today announced Board member Kevin McEvoy as Chairman of the Board of Directors, to succeed Jay Collins who will retire from the Board immediately following the 2023 AGM.

About Kevin McEvoy
Kevin McEvoy has been a director of Oceaneering since 2011. He served as CEO of Oceaneering from 2011 to 2017, and as President of Oceaneering from 2011 to 2015. Mr. McEvoy also previously served as COO of Oceaneering from 2010 until 2011 and as EVP from 2006 to 2008. His service with Oceaneering began in 1979 with Solus Ocean Systems, Inc., which was acquired by Oceaneering in 1984. Mr. McEvoy also serves as the Independent Lead Director of EMCOR Group, Inc.
Mr. Collins has served on the Board since 2002 and as Chairman since May 2021. Mr. Collins served as Oceaneering’s CEO from 2006 to 2011 and its President from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Collins previously held other executive positions with Oceaneering, joining the Company as SVP and CFO in 1993.
