– USA, OR – NW Natural Holding (NYSE: NWN) announced the election of Mary Ludford to its Board of Directors as a new member, effective August 19, 2024.

Mary Ludford was also elected to the board of directors of Northwest Natural Gas Company, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, effective on August 19, 2024.
About Mary E. Ludford
From 2018 until her retirement in 2020, Mary Ludford served as deputy CSO for Exelon Corporation, a leading provider of utility services in the United States. She previously served as VP of corporate operations from 2016 to 2018 and as chief audit executive from 2010 until 2016 at Exelon.
Additionally, Mary Ludford served from 2009 to 2010 as VP of smart grid and smart meters, as VP of customer operations from 2007 to 2009, and as VP of finance from 2006 to 2007 at PECO Energy. She also served as VP of customer financial operations at Commonwealth Edison and PECO Energy from 2005 to 2006. Before 2005, Mary Ludford held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility and complexity in the energy industry.
LudMary Ludfordford serves on the board of directors of Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR), where she also serves on its audit and corporate governance committees. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Business from Western Illinois University.
