About Stephen Yapp
With over 25 years experience of public company boards, Mr Yapp is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and holds an MBA. He is currently Chairman of Pittards plc and of a number of private companies. Until recently, he was a non-executive director of Downing Strategic Micro Cap Fund and, from 2007 until the company was sold in 2016, he was Executive Chairman of Journey Group plc.
