– UK, Feltham – Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD) today announced the appointment of Golnar Khosrowshahi and Melanie Stack to its Board of Directors, to replace long-standing Board members Jeremy Isaacs and Simon White, who will not stand for re-election at the AGM on June 30, 2021.
