Mr. Jennings was also appointed as the chair of the Audit Committee.

Keith Jennings served as EVP and CFO of Weatherford International from September 2020 to August 2022, EVP and CFO of Calumet Specialty Products Partners from October 2019 to August 2020, VPof Finance of Eastman Chemical Company from 2018 to 2019, VP and Treasurer of Eastman Chemical Company from 2016 to 2018 and VP and Treasurer of Cameron International from 2009 to 2016.
Keith Jennings serves on the board of 5E Advanced Materials, Inc.
Keith Jennings holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Columbia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
