– UK, London – Ninety One plc (LON: N91 / JSE: N91) announced the appointment of Charles Harman to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 24 July 2025, bringing over thirty years of investment banking experience, leadership in capital markets, corporate finance, and risk oversight.
Concurrently, Colin Keogh will retire from Ninety One after the AGM on 23 July 2025.
Charles Harman will also join the Audit and Risk Committee and the Human Capital and Remuneration Committee.
The company also announced that, effective from 24 July 2025, current Board member Busisiwe Mabuza will step into the role of Senior Independent Director.
About Charles Harman
His prior roles include Managing Director at Credit Suisse, Head of UK Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Cazenove, and CEO of BXR Partners. He is the external Deputy Chair of the Council of the University of Oxford.
