Nexus Infrastructure welcomes Clare Lacey to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Braintree –  Nexus Infrastructure plc (LON: NEXS), a leader in enabling the energy transition by delivering sustainable infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Clare Lacey to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 14 January 2022.

About Clare Lacey

Clare Lacey is currently a partner at QMPF, an Edinburgh-based infrastructure advisory business, where her focus has been within the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. As one of the founding partners, she was heavily involved in the management buy-out from Quayle Munro in 2012 and growing the business. While still a part of Quayle Munro, Clare undertook fund management of an AIM-listed PFI fund, PFI Infrastructure Company Plc, among other PFI and corporate finance remits.

Clare currently holds a Non-Executive Director position with NYOP Education and is a PwC qualified Chartered Accountant.
