Newfront welcomes Katherine August-deWilde to its Board of Directors

Ms. August-deWilde has been an investor and advisor to the company for the last six years.

Katherine August-deWilde co-led First Republic Bank through its formative and growth years from 1985 to 2015, achieving an enterprise value of more than 20 percent per year during her tenure as President. She now serves on corporate boards, including Sunrun and Eventbrite, as well as several non-profit organizations. Ms. August-deWilde earned a B.A. from Goucher College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
