– SWITZERLAND, Vevey – Nestlé S.A. (SWX: NESN / LON: 0QR4) announced the appointment of Pablo Isla as the next Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective October 1, replacing Paul Bulcke, who will step down from the Board earlier than planned.
Concurrently, Dick Boer has been appointed Lead Independent Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors beginning October 1. In addition, Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors.
