Chris Synek will lead the company forward as it pursues its strategy of delivering superior operational results for customers. His immediate focus will be working with Neovia leadership to execute the long-term business strategy and drive profitable growth.
Pat Olney will continue to serve on the Neovia Board of Directors and will work closely with Synek during his transition.
