– UK, Manchester – NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC), the independent global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, is appointing Jonathan Brooks as a non-executive director with effect from 16 March 2017.
Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer of ARM Holdings plc from 1995 until 2002 and has been a non-executive director of IP Group plc since August 2011. He has also held a number of senior finance and non-executive director positions with other listed and private multinational companies.
Debbie Hewitt, Senior Independent Director, said: “Jonathan brings extensive commercial, financial and international experience across the technology sector. He will strengthen the Board as we carry out the strategic review and develop the business thereafter.”
