National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) elects Chuck Noski to Board of Directors

– USA, VA – The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) has elected Charles H. Noski, to serve on the board.

Noski currently serves on the boards of Microsoft, Avon Products, and Avery Dennison. Formerly, Noski was the vice chairman of Bank of America. Noski brings a wealth of directorship experience and has an extensive background in corporate strategy and financial oversight in a variety of industries.

Noski has also served on the boards of AT&T, Northrop Grumman, Hughes Electronics, Air Products & Chemicals, Morgan Stanley, and Automatic Data Processing.

Previously, Noski held senior leadership and finance positions at Bank of America, AT&T Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Hughes Electronics Corporation.

Noski is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International, immediate past chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council of the FASB, and a past member of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
