– AUSTRALIA, Sydney – MySale Group Plc (LON: MYSL), a leading international online retailer, today announced that Dow Famulak and Wally Muhieddine have been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect.
Further to these new appointments, Charles Butler, currently Interim Non-Executive Chairman, will become Chairman on a permanent basis with immediate effect.
David Mortimer has also notified the Board that he has decided that he will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 December 2019 and will leave the board at that time.
The board expresses its gratitude to David for his significant contributions to the business.
