In this role, Mr. Sonnemaker will partner with Mori leadership to improve the food supply chain by helping products last longer and reduce waste. He will also support building and executing a long-term commercial strategy in multiple segments and geographies.
About Scott Sonnemaker
Scott Sonnemaker is a recognized food industry leader having held multiple positions at Sysco Corporation for two decades, including serving as Chief Customer Officer. From 1985-1990, Mr. Sonnemaker served in the U.S. Navy on active duty through four deployments. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors and as a Strategic Advisor to The Robert Irvine Foundation. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Restaurant Association, held the Vice-Chair position with the National Restaurant Education Foundation, and has local board experience with the Special Olympics Oregon and Oregon Restaurant Association.
