– UK, Ewloe – Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (LON: MONY) today announced the appointments of Caroline Britton as the Senior Independent Director with effect from 5 May 2022, and subject to regulatory approval.
This appointment follows the planned retirement of the current Senior Independent Director, Sally James from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM on 5 May 2022.
Lesley Jones has been appointed to replace her as the Chair of the Risk Committee.
