Modere appoints Kay Zanotti to its Board of Directors

About Katherine Zanotti

Ms. Zanotti is already serving as a senior consultant to Modere, and her appointment to the Board is a natural next step as she works with the Company to improve product development, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement. She will work alongside Modere’s management team and CEO Asma Ishaq in executing their omni-channel growth initiatives to provide clean health and wellness products to millions of customers globally.

Bringing more than four decades of experience, Kay Zanotti offers an extensive record of executive and managerial leadership, including more than 40 years dedicated to the health and personal care sector. Her most recent role was as CEO of Arbonne International, where she successfully fortified the company’s financial standing and reputation as a premium international skincare and wellness enterprise. Prior to that, Ms. Zanotti served as SVP of Marketing at McDonald’s Corporation. This followed a 23-year career with Proctor & Gamble, most recently as VP and GM of the North American pharmaceutical business and the corporate women’s health platform. Additionally, she has significant experience serving on public companies and higher education boards.
