– UK, Newbury – Mobile Streams plc (LON: MOS) today announced the appointment of Bob Moore to its Board as Non-Executive Chairman and Rama Uthayanan as Finance Director with immediate effect.
“I am delighted that Bob is joining the Company. Having previously built and then sold Granby Oil with him I am confident that his international commercial and legal experience will be invaluable as we seek to grow the Company through a combination of organic growth and potential acquisitions,” said Non-Executive Director, Nigel Burton.
Charles Goodfellow, current Chairman will revert to being a Non-Executive Director.

Bob is a UK qualified lawyer (Barrister, called to the bar at Middle Temple 1981) with over 35 years’ business, commercial and legal experience, including as Head of International Legal Affairs at Enterprise Oil plc (a UK FTSE 100 company until its acquisition by Shell in 2002) and as Co-founder and Commercial Director of Granby Oil & Gas plc, which was listed on AIM from 2005 until its sale in 2008. Bob has subsequently co-founded and is Managing Director of, several private engineering and energy businesses based in the UK and Luxembourg.
