– SWITZERLAND, Biel – Mikron Holding AG (SWX: MIKN) today announced that its Board of Directors nominated Paul Zumbühl for election as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2021. He will succeed Heinrich Spoerry as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Heinrich Spoerry has been on the Board of Directors since 2001 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mikron Holding AG since 2010.
Paul Zumbühl was elected to the Board of Directors of the Mikron Group at the 2018 Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of the Mikron Group would like to thank Heinrich Spoerry for his many years of great commitment to the Mikron Group.
