– UK, St. Helier – Middlefield Canadian Income PCC (LON: MCT), a London listed investment company today announced the appointments of Richard Hughes (on 1 July 2018), Michael Phair (on 13 June 2019), and Kate Anderson (on 12 April 2021) to its Board as non-executive directors.
Concurrently, three long-standing non-executive directors, Nicholas Villiers (on 30 September 2020) and Ray Apsey and Thomas Grose (on 17 June 2021) will step down from the Board.
