– HUNGARY, Budapest – MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited (LON: FL78) announced the appointment of Géza Károly Láng to its Board of Directors effective 19 March 2024, replacing Gergely Gáspár Suppan who resigned from the Board of Directors on March 18, 2024.
Concurrently, Gergely Gáspár Suppan was appointed to the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of MFB Zrt, replacing Endre Vincze who resigned from the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee on March 18, 2024.
