Metromile appoints John Butler to its Board as Chairman designate alongside Sandra Clarke joining as Board member

– USA, CA –  Metromile, Inc. (NASDAQ: MILE / MILEW), a leading digital insurance platform and pay-per-mile auto insurer, today announced the appointment of John Butler to its Board as non-executive chairman designate effective August 4, to succeed Metromile founder David Friedberg who will remain a member of the board of directors.

The company also announced the appointment of Sandra Clarke as a Board member effective August 31.

Dan Preston added: “I am equally excited about Sandra’s appointment. She is a proven financial steward with years of experience at public companies, and she will be a strong addition to our Board.”

The company also announced that Betsy Cohen stepped down from the board of directors.
