– UK, London – M&C Saatchi PLC (LON: SAA) today announced that the current Non-Executive Chair, Zillah Byng-Thorne will act as Executive Chair from 1 September 2023, the time to initiate a comprehensive formal executive search process to identify a new CEO following the retirement of Moray MacLennan from his role of CEO effective as of 30 September 2023.
Zillah Byng-Thorne, Chair, said: “I would like to thank Moray for his contribution to M&C Saatchi, from the founding of the Company in 1995 through to his current role as CEO.
