– CANADA, Calgary – Maxim Power Corp. (TSX: MXG) today announced the appointment of Andrea Whyte to its Board of Directors, effective June 14, 2022.
Ms. Andrea Whyte is currently a corporate partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP where she has been practicing law for over 20 years in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
