Mast Energy Developments appoints Dominic Traynor to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  Mast Energy Developments Plc (LON: MAST), the UK-based multi-asset operator in the rapidly growing Reserve Power market and currently with c. 20 MW gas peaker sites under its direct control and development, today announced the appointment of Dominic Traynor to its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2021.

“We are delighted with Dominic joining MED’s Board of Directors. He is a seasoned professional and brings a wealth of experience that can be focused on the successful roll out of MED’s strategy to have 300 MW generating capacity on the ground.” said Board Chairman, Louis Coetzee.

Concurrently, Mrs. Candice Theron is stepping down from the board effectively on 30 September 2021.

Mr Traynor is a London based company director and solicitor specializing in equity capital markets, and partner at Druces LLP, one of the City’s oldest law firms. He specializes in corporate law, listings and takeovers, M&A and corporate finance. He advised on the structuring and listing of more than 30 companies on the Main Market and Alternative Investment Market of the London stock exchange. Dominic graduated from the College of Law, York, and received his LLB from Durham University.
