– UK, Elland – Marshalls plc (LON: MSLH), the specialist landscape, building, and roofing products group, today announced the appointment of Diana Houghton to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 01 January 2023.

It has been invaluable to have his support for an extended period, especially given the challenges of the last couple of years. We’re delighted to welcome Diana to the Board. Diana is an experienced director who brings a wealth of strategic knowledge.” said Board chair, Vanda Murray.
Diana will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
The Company also announced the upcoming retirement of Tim Pile from the Board at the 2023 AGM.
