– UK, London – Man Group plc (LON: EMG | OTC: MNGPF) today announced the appointment of Jackie Hunt to its Board as a non-executive director, effective from 28 February 2022.
“I am delighted to welcome Jackie as a new Board member. She brings substantial asset management, financial and executive management experience and will be a valuable addition to the Board,” said Board chair, John Cryan.
Jackie will also join the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee.
The Company also announced that Zoe Cruz will retire from the Board on 6 May 2022.
About Jacqueline (Jackie) Hunt
Jackie is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has spent the majority of her career within financial services, specifically asset management and insurance. She was a member of the Management Board at Allianz SE from 2016 to 2021 with responsibility for Allianz’s asset management and US life businesses. Prior to this, she was an executive director of Prudential plc and the CEO of Prudential UK, Europe and Africa, having previously served as an executive director and Group CFO of Standard Life plc. She has also held senior executive positions at Aviva, RSA Insurance and PwC. Jackie is currently Strategic Consultant to the Group CEO of Allianz SE and is an independent non-executive director of OneWeb, a global satellite communications company.
