– IRELAND, Dublin – Malin Corporation plc (ISE: MLC, LSE:IRSH), the Irish based, global life sciences company, today announces that Kyran McLaughlin will retire as Chairman of the Board, and as a member of the Board, with effect from 31 December 2017. Mr Donal O’Connor, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the position of Chairman of the Board with effect from 1 January 2018.
