Major Drilling Group International welcomes Juliana Lam to its Board of Directors

– CANADA, Moncton –  Major Drilling Group International Inc. (TSX: MDI) today announced the appointment of Juliana Lam to its Board of Directors.

About Juliana Lam

Ms. Lam has extensive executive-level financial management and international business experience in diverse industries including mining, manufacturing, services and distribution. Ms. Lam has served in a number of leadership positions including EVP and COO Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario; EVP and CFO Uranium One Inc.; SVP, Finance at Kinross Gold Corporation; and CFO Nexans Canada Inc.

Ms. Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario is a Chartered Accountant and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
