– UK, London – Maintel Holdings Plc (LON: MAI), a leading provider of cloud, network, and security-managed communications services, today announced the appointments of Bob Beveridge and Angus McCaffery to its Board respectively as independent non-executive director and non-executive director, both with immediate effect.

Bob Beveridge will chair the Audit and Risk Committee, while Angus McCaffery will serve on the Nomination Committee.

Bob Beveridge has considerable experience as a financial and strategic leader of blue-chip companies, including Cable and Wireless Communications plc and Marlborough Stirling plc. He is currently a non-executive director of Inspiration Healthcare Group plc and chair of Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership Limited.
