– UK, Glasgow – Macfarlane Group PLC (LON: MACF) today announced the appointment of the current Audit Committee Chair, Dr. James Baird (Ph.D.), as the Senior Independent Director.
The group also announced that Bob McLellan will retire from the Board on 31st December 2023.
