About Katherine Coppinger
Kate Coppinger is an experienced board director and has served as an independent non-executive director on several other AIM-listed companies, including current roles at Serica Energy plc and Star Energy plc.
Having acted as senior independent director and as chair of board committees for several businesses, she is focused on enhancing corporate governance and is recognised as a trusted advisor in strategic decision making. From her time as an executive, where she most recently acted as Managing Director at Standard Chartered in the Oil and Gas team, Kate also brings significant experience to the board in international business, corporate finance, and managing overseas transactions.
