– UK, London – LondonMetric Property Plc (LON: LMP) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Suzy Neubert as Senior Independent Director effective from 29 September 2023, succeding Robert Fowlds who is remaining on the Board.
“I am pleased that Suzy has agreed to become our new Senior Independent Director and I look forward to working closely with her,” said Board Chairman, Alistair Elliott.
Suzy will also join the Remuneration Committee.
The company also announced that James Dean is retiring from the Board after 13 years.
