– UK, London – London Finance & Investment Group PLC (LON: LFI) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Warwick Marshall as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from 29 February 2024, replacing current Chairman David Marshall who is stepping down from the Board with effect from 29 February 2024.
