– UK, London – Lombard Capital announces the appointment of David William Grierson to the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Mark Jackson and Graham Stanley Jones will be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973. He has worked in the timber and contracting sector for 40 years. During the last 20 years David has managed a specialist contracting business which he founded.
