– SWITZERLAND / USA, CA – Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that its board of directors will ask shareholders at its next annual general meeting (AGM) to approve the election to the board of directors of Dimitri Panayotopoulos, senior advisor with the Boston Consulting Group and former vice chairman of the Procter & Gamble Company.
“We are enthusiastic about presenting Dimitri to our shareholders as a board nominee,” said Guerrino De Luca, chairman of the Logitech board of directors. “His general management background, experience in Europe, Africa and Asia, and brand management and consumer expertise make Dimitri a strong addition to the Logitech board.”
At the AGM, the board will also ask shareholders to re-elect the current board members for a period of one year.
