– UK, London – Location Sciences Group PLC (LON: LSAI) today announced the appointments of Simon Wilkinson and Dr. Nigel Burton to its Board as Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director and Senior Non-Executive Director respectively.
The Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees will be chaired by Dr. Nigel Burton while Simon Wilkinson will be a member of all committees.
About Simon Wilkinson
Simon Wilkinson is a highly experienced software executive and entrepreneur, having been involved with a number of public and private companies over his career. He was most recently CEO then Chairman of Mobica, a world-leading, award-winning software services company offering bespoke development, QA, and consultancy. He was previously CEO of Myriad Group AG, which was listed in Zurich, and founder and CEO of Magic4 Ltd, a mobile messaging software market leader, backed by 3i, Philips Ventures, and Motorola Ventures.

Following this, he spent 15 years as CFO or CEO of several private and public companies.
