– BVI, Tortola – Livermore Investments Group Limited (LON:LIV) today announced the appointment of Augoustinos Papathomas as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Augoustinos is a fellow of the Insitute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. Augoustinos was previously Senior Partner and a Board member at Grant Thornton Cyprus Ltd. Augoustinos left Grant Thornton to set up APP Audit Co Ltd, a company that specialises in the provision of audit and assurance, tax, VAT and financial advisory services.
