(NASDAQ: LIQT), a clean technology company that manufactures and markets highly specialized filtration products and systems, today announced the appointment of Board member Alex Buehler as Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect, succeeding Mark Vernon who retired from the Board today.
The Company also announced the appointment of Martin Kunz to its Board of Directors with immediate effect, bringing a very broad experience across multiple industrial end markets along with extensive international exposure.
“We are delighted to appoint Martin to the Board of Directors and look forward to his contributions and insight into achieving our business objectives,” said new Board chairman, Alex Buehler.
Alex Buehler will also Chair the Governance & Nominating Committee, while Martin Kunz will join the Audit, Compensation, Governance & Nominating Committees.
