About Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia
Dr. Haj-Yehia brings extensive executive and board experience at various conglomerates across multiple industries in Israel and the US. Until October 2023, Samer was the Group Executive Chairman of Bank Leumi, Israel’s largest and oldest bank. Under his leadership since 2019, Leumi became the largest and most efficient bank in Israel, grew its income and profitability, and underwent technological transformation and innovation. While in the US, Samer practiced investment management, trading, and fintech innovation at leading financial institutions, including Fidelity. He also served as a member of public and government committees, teaches finance and fintech at Reichman University, and is a guest speaker at international conferences.
