– CZECH REPUBLIC, Prague – Komerční banka a. s. (FRA:KONN | LON:0IKH) today announced that the Supervisory Board elected Margus Simson as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from 14 January 2019.
He will manage units Information Technology, Organization and Change Management, Information Management and Tribes: Business Services, Platform Services, Data Management, Enterprise Services. Komerční banka, a. s., has received a favorable position from the Czech National Bank with his appointment.
