– UK, London – Kingfisher plc (LON: KGF), today announced the appointment of Tony Buffin to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 December 2020.

His broad range of retail skills, particularly those gained in the home improvement and digital retail markets, will be of great benefit to Kingfisher. Tony will also bring a wealth of expertise in finance and transformation. We are very much looking forward to working with him.” said Board Chairman, Andy Cosslett.
Tony joined Holland and Barrett as CEO during 2019, prior to which he was group COO and CFO at Travis Perkins PLC. Tony was formerly CFO of the Australian grocery retailer, Coles Group, and prior to that was CEO of The Loyalty Management Group.
