Kainos appoints Tom Burnet as Chairman of the Board of Directors

– IRELAND, Belfast –  Kainos Group Plc (LON: KNOS) today announced that Tom Burnet, currently an independent Director of the Company, chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee, has been appointed Chairman of the Board and chair of the Nominations Committee effective immediately. Tom will be taking over these roles from Dr John Lillywhite, the current Chairman, who retires today. Tom will continue to chair the Remuneration Committee for a short time until a successor is appointed.
