– UK, London – BMO Private Equity Trust PLC (LON: BPET) today announced the appointment of Audrey Baxter and Tom Burnet to the Board of Directors effective from 4 June 2020.
The Board of Directors looks forward to working with Audrey and Tom and to the valuable insights that they will bring to the Board’s deliberations.
Audrey Baxter has a distinguished career in business and public life. Audrey is currently Chairman and CEO of W. A. Baxter & Sons (Holdings) Ltd and has served previously on the boards of a number of public and private companies, charities and voluntary organisations.
Tom Burnet has held a number of senior roles in the industry. Tom is currently Chair of ITG, a significant provider of outsourced marketing technology and services to many of UK’s and Europe’s leading retailers and household names. He is also Chair of Kainos Group plc, the FTSE 250, Belfast headquartered, software company and the Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc.
