– UK, Reigate – Just Group plc (LON: JUST) today announced the appointment of Mary Kerrigan to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 February 2022.
Mary is already a Non-Executive Director of Just’s subsidiary Life Companies, Just Retirement Limited and Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited, and is Chair of their Investment Committees.
About Mary Kerrigan
Mary Kerrigan has considerable experience in the pensions, life insurance, and investment industries, and is a former partner of Willis Towers Watson. Mary is a Non-Executive Director of New Ireland Assurance Company, Aegon Asset Management UK plc, and a member of the Independent Governance Committee of Prudential Assurance UK Limited.
Concurrently, the Group also announced that Clare Spottiswoode will not seek re-election at the AGM in May 2022 and will step down on 10 May 2022.
