– NETHERLANDS, Amsterdam – Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (AMS: TKWY | LON: JET) today announced the nominations of Mieke De Schepper and Dick Boer for appointment to its Supervisory Board, expanding the Board from seven to eight members, with Dick Boer joining as Chair.
Concurrently, the company also announced the nomination of Andrew Kenny for his appointment to its Management Board as Chief Commercial Officer.
With these nominations, the Management Board will consist of Jitse Groen, Brent Wissink, Jörg Gerbig, and Andrew Kenny.

Andrew Kenny has been with the Company for five years and served as MD for Just Eat UK. He is also a member of the company’s executive management team and most recently successfully stepped into the position of Interim COO.
