– UK, London – Jupiter Fund Management plc (LON: JUP) today announced the appointment of Siobhan Boylan to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 5 March 2024.
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Siobhan Boylan as an independent Non-Executive Director. Her extensive financial experience within our industry sector and strong commercial acumen will be an asset to both the Board and our Audit and Risk Committee as we pursue our growth plans.” said Board chair, David Cruickshank.
Siobhan Boylan will also join the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees.
About Siobhan Boylan
Siobhan Boylan is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial services, primarily within the asset management and wealth sector. Siobhan is CFO at NatWest Wealth, where she also sits on the Board of Coutts. She was formerly CFO of Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc and Legal & General Investment Management. Before this, she held several senior roles at Aviva plc, including CFO of Aviva Investors and Aviva North America. Siobhan qualified as an accountant with PwC LLP.
